Meet Estrella

Hi there, my name is Estrella (she/her). I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois and a credentialing and contracting support specialist for therapists across the US. Outside of my clinical work, I have experience working among all facets of the revenue cycle and intake process in behavioral health. Over the last 8 years, I worked as an intake specialist, billing specialist and billing supervisor and manager with various private practices in Chicago.

My work with TenderHeart has given me the opportunity to connect and consult with providers all over us: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Florida and more!

Being a therapist myself, I recognize the difficulty in navigating the billing and credentialing side of psychotherapy. My goal as a credentialing specialist is to streamline the administrative tasks associated with your clinical and practice growth while providing knowledge and tips for future practice development.
